Adrasteia - In Greek mythology, Adrasteia (inescapable; also spelled Adrastia, Adrastea, Adrestea) was a nymph who was charged by Rhea to raise Zeus in secret to protect him from his father Cronus (Krónos). Adrasteia and her sister Ida, who also cared for the infant Zeus, were the daughters of Melisseus.

Acarnan - Acarnan, one of the Epigones, was a son of Alcmaeon and Calirrhoe, and brother of Amphoterus. Their father was murdered by Phegeus, when they were yet very young, and Calirrhoe prayed to Zeus to make her sons grow quickly, that they might be able to avenge the death of their father.

Melisseus - In Greek mythology, Melisseus ("bee-man"), the father of the nymphs Adrasteia and Ide who nursed the infant Zeus on Crete, was the eldest and leader of the nine Kuretes of Crete. They were chthonic daimones of Mount Ida, who clashed their spears and shields to drown out the wails of infant Zeus, whom they received from the Great Goddess, Rhea, his mother.

Father, Dear Father - Father, Dear Father is a British television sitcom about a novelist Patrick Glover (played by Patrick Cargill), and his two blonde daughters, Karen Glover (played by Ann Holloway) and Anna Glover (played by Natasha Pyne) and Nanny (played by Noël Dyson). Jason searches for a token of Hercules' time on earth, with a clue from his Grandfather. He labors in a field for a year, growing in strength father of zeus and stamina, before he uncovers one of Hercules' old battle arrows. As a reward, Hercules takes Jason with him on a death-defying adventure. Together, they face the many challenges posed by King Eurystheus: Hercules father of zeus and Jason skin the Nemean lion, battle the many-headed watersnake of Hydra, capture the elusive, beautiful white deer of Cerynia, father of zeus and defy Herz's immortal trickery. Over time, Jason grows inbravery, as well as in compassion; he helps to save Hercules' life, father of zeus and comes to see his father Tellus more justly.

Zeus & Roxanne (Widescreen)

This children's story of a dog father of zeus and a dolphin borrows heavily from family movies of the past. Zeus is a dog who follows a neighbor, a marine biologist named Mary Beth (Kathleen Quinlan), to work one day. Aboard a ship, the dog meets Roxanne, a dolphin that Mary Beth is studying. When she sees the dog riding on the dolphin's back, she decides to study their friendship. A villainous fellow researcher, Claude (Arnold Vosloo), tries to steal her research, but he is thwarted by the dolphin, the dog, father of zeus and the dog's young owner, Jordan (Miko Hughes). Terry (Steve Guttenberg), Jordan's father, is a songwriter who still pines for his dead wife. Jordan, together with Mary Beth's daughters, try to ignite a romance between their parents, who are both unattached.
